I worked on the environment integration and set dressing for the Australia track. My primary tasks involved sculpting the landscape and stitching the modular spline road network into the terrain. This process required manual vertex welding to create a continuous mesh that blended naturally with the backdrop. I populated the scene with foliage, buildings, spectator crowds, and props while ensuring the ground cover density was optimized. To reduce texture repetition, I used vertex painting and custom color maps (Substance Painter) on the surfaces. I shared responsibility for this track with three other artists, ensuring our sections connected seamlessly.
